The credit store is the in-game store. Buy with store credits. Premium Pins sit on the Pins tab.
How to open it

Finish Tutorial Island first. The store will not open before that.
Pins
Redeem a pin from the inventory, not from this interface. Buying a pin here with credits takes that dollar value off lifetime spend until you redeem it.
